I would say the phone no longer works properly, maybe that it doesn't receive calls or something. It is obviously malfunctioning because the Ford Sync system is one of the best systems around. I enjoy alll but one feature of this phone. The Bluetooth does not sync to my Ford Fusion which does have the Bluetooth. THis is one of the disappointing features of this phone as it has not paired with several wireles headsets I've tried. So, my advice is to check with the company you wish to pair your Bluetooth. I like the fact that I am the one in control of my phone and no surprises at the end of the month...I don't even get a bill. It is easy to track your airtime usage and my phone lets me know when it is time to add more. Glad I made the switch. I’m a fan as well.
