Customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email, a toll free number and by dialing 611 on your Verizon Prepaid phone without incurring airtime charges. Verizon Prepaid customer support is also available at any of the Verizon Wireless locations. I have used the Verizon Customer service several times with great results. I have used Tracfone and Net10 and Straight Talk customer service and they have a lot of room for improvement.
I have gone to a Verizon Wireless retail store for support and also dialed 611 from my Prepaid phone. The Customer Service people have been very good. The 611 phone support person was located in Arizona not Columbia or Mexico.

The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan with 25 cents per minute with no daily access charge. This plan is not competitive with any of the other prepaid wireless plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are much better alternatives.
The Verizon Core Plan will cost you 99 cents per day access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless cell phones are free. I made use of the Verizon Wireless Core program for nearly a year, if your main calls are with Verizon Wireless users this can be a great deal.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.
